This page restates the refund rules for US Testing Center purchases. Full terms: Terms of Service.

Refund policy

• Tests not yet started: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not viewed the first question.
• Tests in progress or completed: Tests are non-refundable once the first question has been viewed, regardless of how many questions you have answered.

Passes & multi-test packages

Category passes, All-Access annual, and Lifetime packages follow the same rule: refunds are available within 30 days only if no test session under that purchase has been started (first question not viewed).

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the purchase email with your order/receipt details. We process eligible refunds through Stripe.
