The NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses) is the licensing exam that every nursing school graduate must pass to become a registered nurse in the United States. It tests clinical judgment, nursing knowledge, and the ability to apply nursing concepts to patient care situations. The NCLEX uses a computer-adaptive testing format.
Our NCLEX-RN practice test contains 150 matching the current Next Generation NCLEX format. Questions cover all four Client Needs categories and test clinical judgment using the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model. Questions are written by nursing educators and clinical practitioners.
